Knife Dash is a new game for the iOS and Android platforms where you throw knives at a circle in the middle of the screen and try to land them all perfectly without hitting an obstacle or another knife. You can earn coins, unlock new types of knives, and make your way through levels of increasing difficulty. Read on for some tips and tricks for Knife Dash!
The stages will be extremely easy early on, so use these to practice fast-throwing. You can put knives very close to each other without hitting, so use these times to test how close you can throw a knife to another knife without knocking them off the board. If you hit a knife with another knife, your run ends, but the ability to throw knives closely to each other will help significantly on the more difficult levels.
Right around level 20, you’ll hit a point where the game goes from supremely easy to insanely hard. Here, you’ll have to throw knives VERY quickly. Alternate taps with your left and right thumbs in order to throw knives very quickly, because you’ll need it when the circle in the middle starts spinning extremely quickly.
When you get 300 coins, you’ll be able to get a new type of knife. All of the knives perform the same, and have the same distance that they are able to be thrown away from each other as they are about the same size; they will just change the appearance of the knife itself. You can collect up to 16 knives, with more likely to be added as the developers add updates to the game.
Want to earn a ton of coins really quickly? You can earn a lot of coins by going to the main menu when you have an internet connection, and then hitting the video button. When you do, an ad will pop up and when the ad is done, you will have 50 free coins. Keep watching videos and earning 50 coins apiece, and you will very quickly be able to purchase all kinds of new knives.
There is no way to go back to previous levels, unfortunately, at least without deleting the app. If you want to go back to previous levels and practice, the way to do so is to delete the app, then download it again, and play through the levels again. The game will always go to the most recent level that you’ve yet to beat.
