Ace Fishing: Wild Catch – Top 20 Tips, Tricks and Cheats, Page 2

10: For some of the really tough fish, you can save the battle by timing the tension bar up to the P, then tapping it rapidly so that it bounces off of the P over and over, which rapidly loads up the special move meter. However, if you tap too fast, you’ll lose the fish. This can win some of the tougher battles, though.
9: Always put the fish in the fish tank, if possible, because selling your fish when they are fully grown will earn you far more coins then selling them right away.

8: Enter whatever fishing tournaments you can for the possibility of huge rewards, such as cash. Only one specific type of fish (depends on what the tournament specifies) counts toward the prize, though.
7: Fish with your basic lure in the highest possible unlocked stage to gain coins and experience quickly with minimal use of your good items. Save your good lures for boss battles and tournaments.

6: Check the milestones in the menu for the chance to earn keys, cash and rare equipment that you would normally have to pay cash for. Look at the incomplete milestones to see what all you can do to earn more prizes.
5: Even if you don’t plan to play every day, login anyways so that you can earn the daily, escalating login bonuses.

4: Log into your Com2us account (or if you don’t have a login, register for a free account) to earn 5 free cash.
3: Complete your fish book (which is also in the menu screen), as various collections will allow you to earn big prizes, just like in the milestones. Different collections exist for different stages.

2: Fishing in the tournament is a great way to knock out quests for multiple stages at the same time, because the tournaments will have fish from all of the stages combined that you have unlocked. This is also an excellent way to knock out more fish from the fish book, and more milestones.
1: Check the events often as new ones pop up all the time, and they will offer huge rewards for participating. Sometimes they even put free rewards into your mailbox for no reason whatsoever. If you see an “N” next to your mailbox, that means you have prizes to collect.
