In Amateur Surgeon 3, Surgeon Points (also referred to as Coins) are the main form of currency in the game. They are the thing that looks like coins, and you can use them to buy more power ups, as well as to recruit new partners. Stars are how you unlock each stage. Bloodpacks are the game’s form of “energy”. Once the Bloodpacks run out you either have to switch to a different saved game, or stop playing until they come back. Read on to find out how to get more of all three!
If you need more Surgeon Points, the main way to get them, of course, is to play a stage and beat it. When you beat it, you earn surgeon points as a completion reward and as a score reward. If you have already beaten the stage before, though, you’ll only earn the score reward, so make sure to pick a long stage that’s easy to score a high amount of points on if you’re on a coin hunt so that you can buy upgrades for a stage that is tough to beat.
Select Filthy Nowe as your partner if you want to earn more surgeon points, as he will earn you double coins when you equip him. In addition, you can buy more surgeon points through the app store by clicking on the “Get (coins)” sign when you go to either the Upgrade menu or the Partners menu.
Get free Bloodpacks by setting the time on your device ahead. Set it ahead by about 15 minutes per one bloodpack that you want to regenerate, then go back to the game and play again. Do the same trick again any time that you need energy.
To get more stars, especially on stages that you have already beaten, go back to the stages where you have earned less than three stars in the main stage, and increase your star score by making zero mistakes. In addition, there are two bonus stars per round. You have to manually select the bonus star challenge before you begin the round, but after you do, you’ll have the chance for a fourth (or a fifth) star.
