Most of these evolutions are going to require various forms of essence, which can be crafted at the crafting counter. There is generally a ton of grinding required in order to earn all of the essence that you need in order to do the evolutions, tends to be worth it, because these evolutions are extremely powerful.
Some of these evolutions also require specific items that pertain to only one character, such as the Hellsing Arms. These can generally be earned as rewards for completing specific levels in story mode, although there are sometimes other ways to earn them as well.
Alocard evolves into Alocard (Vampire King). In order to complete this evolution, You need one Hellsing arm, 13 purple essences, 35 green essences, two rainbow essences, and 13 yellow essence.
Haruka Rin will evolve into Haruka Rin (Dancer). The requirements for this evolution are 11 blue essences, one rainbow essence, 11 yellow essences, nine red essences, and 35 green essences.
Song Jinwu evolves into Song Jinwu (Monarch). For this one you need 12 shadow traces, 11 pink essences, one rainbow essence, 30 green essences, and 12 yellow essences.
Igros can evolve into Igros (Elite Knight). All that you need to have an order to complete this evolution is 12 blood red armor, 10 red essences, 10 pink essences, one rainbow essence, 32 green essences, and 10 blue essences.
Obita will evolve into Obita (Awakened) If you have the right materials. The materials that are required are 12 skin patches, 12 purple essences, one rainbow essence, 11 yellow essences, and 30 green essences.
Noruto (Sage) will evolve into Noruto (Six Tails). In order to complete this evolution, you will require six red chakra, six blue chakra, 30 green essences, 12 blue essences, two rainbow essences, and one pink essence.
Cha-In can evolve into Cha-In (Dancer). In order to make this happen, you need to use the following items for the evolution: 12 broken swords, 11 purple essences, two rainbow esses, 30 green essences, and 12 blue essences.
Vogita Super is able to evolve into Vogita Super (Awakened). You need the following items in order to do the evolution: 80 Senzu beans, 11 yellow essences, two rainbow essences, 35 essences, and 15 blue essences.
Sosuke (Hebi) can evolve into Sosuke (Storm). In order to make this evolution happen, you are required to have 12 snake scales, 30 green essences, 12 red essences, one rainbow essence, and 12 pink essences.
