BangBang Survivor is a new idle shooting roguelike for the iOS and Android Platforms featuring you as a solo soldier, complete with a robot by your side who fires attacks as well. Your goal is to make it from level to level, upgrade your primary weapon and your power up weapons, earn coins and diamonds, and more.
Equipment rarity boosts, new gems, and other various power ups are the main way to increase your overall power in this game, but there are some other very rare ways, including skins for your character and skins for your guns. Both of these will not only change the appearance of your character and your weapon, but will also give you major stat boosts, putting you at a huge advantage in the tougher levels.

The primary way to unlock new skins and new guns is by opening brilliant chests inside the store. Common chests do not have a chance at earning skins or guns, but the brilliant chests do, albeit a very low chance.
Another way to earn new skins and guns is by completing special events, such as the roulette board of the week where you can exchange gems for spins. These may be very expensive but they’re usually worth it. The prizes from doing multiple spins also have a fairly good chance at earning you new guns and new skins.
New gun skins specifically provide a damage bonus, although not necessarily any other sort of performance bonus, although the damage bonus alone is usually worth it. New character skins, in contrast, will not only provide a significant damage boost, but will also provide you with an entirely new power up that you can collect during stages.
If you earn a duplicate of one of your character skins or gun skins from any of the sources, you will be able to upgrade the skin. Upgrading the skin will increase the damage bonus that you get from using it, and in the case of character skins, may also boost the effectiveness of the skill that the character skin gives you.
So which character skin and gun skin are the best ones? Obviously, this depends on your style of play as far as the added skills go, but generally, the best one is the one that will boost your statistics the highest, as that will give you the biggest advantage in battle.
