Basket Wall is a new twist on the dunk-shooting game genre for the iOS and Android platforms. In this game, you have to bounce the balls off of a wall in order to shoot them through the hoop properly. The first shot will be aimed for you, while the next few shots will be on their own. You can earn stars and new balls, with a massive collection of ball types available for you to play with. Read on for some tips and tricks for Basket Wall!
The first shot will be aimed for you, but you still have to point it at the arrow. To make this a bit easier, tilt your phone so that the arrow is either completely horizontal or completely vertical from where your ball is. Then wait until the line of balls is pointing in said direction and simply shoot the basket in order to score.
More new challenges pop up as you go, but they can actually bet much easier to pass than the normal ones. An example of this is when there are multiple hoops on the screen at the same time. Aim for the topmost hoop, and if you nail it, the ball will fall into the hoops under to score loads of bonus points for the round.
When there is one single hoop that’s moving, your best bet is to angle the shot higher rather than lower. If you miss too high, then you’ll often still make a basket by bouncing the ball off of the backboard. If you miss low, then you’ll just brick it off of the rim (or miss altogether) so there is no margin for error there.
The balls can be unlocked not by paying real life money for them, but by completing specific actions. One action is to score a specific number of points in a game, or to shoot three doubles in the game, or even to log into the game for a certain amount of days in a row. You choose a string of balls, rather than one specific ball, and as you move forward in the game itself, your ball will change colors.
Stars, on the other hand, are a currency of the game, and are used to buy more hoops. Like the balls, the hoops all perform the same way, with the only real changes being to the physical appearance of the hoop. The rim and the backboard will be the same size no matter what hoop you decide to use.
