To maximize points per photo, make sure to be as accurate as possible. You only have a limited amount of snaps at one time, and if you miss too many times, you’ll run out of snaps. Also, your combo goes up as you successfully take consecutive pictures, and as your combo increases, your score per picture will also increase.

In order for a photo of an animal to count, the animal has to be at least partially within the reticule of your camera. Since that’s the case, the most important out of all of your camera upgrades is to increase the size of the reticule, which will make it easier to get animals in your shot. This will especially make it easier to photo Bigfoot and to get multiple animals in one picture.

Whenever you complete a round, you will be able to watch an advertisement video in order to double the coins that you earn on that level, as long as you have an internet connection. If you are playing on a plane or on a device with no internet, the video option won’t show up, but make sure that you’re playing with an internet connection if you want to earn coins at double the speed.

You can adjust your view either by tilting your phone or by dragging your finger on the screen. It’s much easier to get an accurate shot by tilting the phone. However, your view will get knocked off kilter whenever you get hit with objects thrown at you by animals, especially pinecones thrown by squirrels or mud thrown by Bigfoot. Use your finger to readjust so you don’t have to tilt your phone awkwardly.

Energy is used each time that you play a round, whether or not you win. You can restore your energy for free by watching an advertisement video. Or, you can spend gems, which can also be earned for free with these same videos, or purchased with real money.
