Bricks N Balls is a new game for the iOS and Android platform where you shoot balls at bricks in order to knock them out, but this one provides many different modes of gameplay.
There’s the level-based portion of the game, the classic (endless) level, and the 100 ball challenge. You can earn rubies and use them to buy new balls, and various power-ups are available to help you beat tougher levels.
Read on for some tips and tricks for Bricks N Balls!
The classic mode’s entire goal is for you to go as long as possible, and rack up as high of a score as you can. Whenever you make a move, you gain a point, so keep making moves for as long as possible.
Your best bet is to shoot balls into the gaps, to try to bounce them off of as many bricks as possible, and bouncing balls off of the ceiling is one of the most effective ways to accomplish this.
The 100 ball challenge is literally a one-shot challenge. Pick your best shot, fire your 100-ball train, and watch it rip through as many bricks as possible.
Your points per brick increase with each brick that you knock off. Your point total will be added to the bonus bar at the end of the level, and as you fill the bonus bar, you’ll earn rubies.
When you spend your rubies, you can buy balls of many different sizes, from 14mm to 30mm. One is not necessarily better than the other; it all depends on your playing style.
Smaller balls can be easier to shoot into the gaps without bumping into other bricks along the way. Larger ones can often hit more bricks more quickly.
Clearing the levels will also fill the bonus bar, and the more stars that you earn, the more you fill the bar.
Another easy way to get rubies is to go to the ruby shop and, if you have an internet connection, you will be able to watch ad videos for 20 rubies apiece, allowing you to earn them more quickly and to save them up in order to purchase more balls.
Whenever you need to earn more stars or more rubies, go to one of the previous levels that you had earned less than three stars on, and try it again.
The earlier the level is in the count, the easier that it tends to be to beat the level and to master it. You can earn all three stars by finishing the level in the least amount of moves possible.
