Cobra Kai: Card Fighter is a new game for the iOS and Android platforms featuring characters from the TV show of the same name. You play as Johnny Lawrence, just like in the show, and your goal is to get the dojo up and running with your favorite young fighters from the show.

When you are engaging in card battles, always remember that the cards operate in a rock paper scissors fashion. Kick beats punch, grab beats kick, and punch beats grab. There is no indication as to which type your opponent will use before they use it, but you can get an advantage by keeping track of what type of card your opponent plays the most, to see if there are any imbalances.
Always be sure that your deck of fight cards is as balanced as possible. Try to keep an even number of punch, kick, and grab the cards, so that you can have an advantage, no matter who you play against. If you have a card deficiency, your appointment will take advantage of that.
Support cards might not seem necessary at first, but they are extremely vital. Health recovery cards will help you stay in a fight longer even when you are getting attacked. Energy recovery cards will make it so that you can use more moves at any time.
The card that says “strike hard“ will add power to the next attack that you do, so be sure not to neglect these cards. You might not land the next attack, but if you do, you will gain a significant power boost.
You earn cash with each victory, so be sure to spend it wisely. Spend them on upgrading your dojo so that you can power up your fighters and your fighting cards.
As you play through the game more, you will earn extra characters. Even though one might not seem to have an advantage against the other other than having a higher health bar, you also want to keep track of who is using what character specific fight cards. The right character can give you an advantage or a disadvantage against your opponent.
Be sure to watch the video ads as much as you possibly can in order to increase your advantage against other players and against the computer. Each time you watch an ad, you will get a bonus, such as an extra character, an extra outfit, or even some currency.
Doing quick play battles will earn you less cash and coins, but you will not lose rank if you lose the battle. Doing ranked battles will earn you more cash or coins overall, but you also put your rank at risk if you lose. Practice in quick play mode, be sure to always engage in ranked battles so that you can maximize your reward, even at a low level.
