Color Ballz is the third game in the Ballz series by Ketchapp for the iOS and Android platforms. Your goal in this game is to bounce balls that fall through a funnel into the scoop at the end, and to keep it going for as long as possible to achieve the highest score as possible. You can get all kinds of new balls, as well as use numerous power-ups within the game itself to enhance your score and your play. Read on for some tips and tricks for Color Ballz!
The bouncing will be easy at first, but as the number of balls at a time increases, the going will get tougher and tougher, and you’ll keep bouncing balls in the wrong direction and losing them. Try to get the balls to bounce off of the right side of the paddle. This is the easiest way to ensure that as many of them go in as possible, because they bounce in the direction of the side of the paddle that they hit.
Power-ups will pop up frequently to help you out. Some of them include the double-size power up, which will increase the balls that hit it to twice their size to make them easier targets. Extra ball power-ups tend to appear frequently, as well as ball multiplier power-ups. They’ll last a limited amount of time so knock as many balls through them as you can.
Gem pop-ups will appear as well. Every time that you hit one with a ball, you get one gem times whatever the multiplier of the ball is (if there is one). A quicker and easier way to get gems is to go to the new ball menu and hit the video button. Watch a video for 100 free gems. Watch as many videos as you want to get as many gems as you want.
You can use those gems to get new balls for 500 gems a pop. Each of the new balls will give your look a makeover, but the gameplay will be the same. In addition to the ones that you can purchase, you can get a couple of balls for social media shares. Tap the Facebook button to get the heart ball. Tap the Instagram button for a camera shutter ball.
Once your round is over, you can watch a video in order to get more balls and keep the round going from the score that you left off at. In addition, you can watch videos to add balls – ten per video – before the round even starts for a bit of an extra advantage.
