Crossing Void Global, known in Japan as Dengeki Bunko: Crossing Road, is one of the most popular gacha games in the world right now. There are a ton of currencies that you can earn, with the most useful and premium one being Maigo.
Maigo has a ton of uses in this game. While it seems like it should last awhile, once you start getting into the Limited Gacha, trying to get into the S-characters, you’ll end up using your Maigo at a very fast rate. So you’ll realize very quickly that you can never have too much (or enough) Maigo. Luckily you can get a LOT of free Maigo in the game as you progress.
One of the best sources of Maigo is through the free Level Packs, but you might not know where to find these unless you really search for them. To find the Maigo packs, you have to go to the shop menu. To get there, tap on the Maigo button.
Now on the left side of the screen, tap on the button that says Level Pack. Once you get there, you’ll see multiple level packs that you can purchase, provided you have increase your Void Experience, or player experience level, to the right minimum level.
For example, at Void Level 20, you will be able to buy, with coins, a pack containing 750 Maigo. At Void Level 30, you’ll be able to buy a pack that contains 500 Maigo, among other prizes. At Level 50, you’ll be able to get a 1,000 Maigo pack. At Level 60, you’ll be able to purchase a 1,200 Maigo pack.
All of these, as well as all future level pack purchases, can be made using only coins. You earn a gigantic amount of coins throughout the game anyways, making these easy and obvious purchases.
You can sometimes get Maigo from the daily quests and missions, but a much more reliable source of them is Achievements. You can find the Achievement tab inside of the History tab, and there are a ton of them. Tap to collect the ones that you’ve completed already, and tap the incomplete ones to figure out which ones provide Maigo, then complete them.
In the Challenge area, you can find a few different challenges that provide you Maigo. One of these is the Void Trials, where you complete training missions. When you complete the entire list of them, you can earn Maigo (as well as fragments), and then open up a new Void Trial list, as well.
Another Maigo-earning challenge is the Decrepit Dream, which is the game’s name for the Raid Boss Challenge. Your goal here is to do as much damage as humanly possible. Your rank is based on how much damage you do, and the higher your rank in the challenge, the more Maigo you will earn.
Events are one of the biggest ways to earn Maigo, as well. Some of these events are permanently in place, such as the Rookie Project, which contains loads of missions, many of which provide Maigo in exchange for completing them. Others come and go with time, so be sure to participate in the events in order to load up on Maigo.
