CSI: Hidden Crimes – Tips and Cheats: The Strategy Guide

CSI: Hidden Crimes is new hidden object game for the iPhone and iPad. The game stars characters from the TV series, and many of the cases are written by the same writers that do the show as well. Your goal is to find the evidence, analyze it, and then use it to figure out who the correct suspect is, and arrest them. Read on for some tips and tricks for CSI: Hidden Crimes!

You get more points if you finish a stage faster. Luckily, if you pause, the game timer will stop counting down. To finish a stage quickly the first time with no bad taps, first, take a screen capture of the stage by hitting the menu and sleep button on your phone or iPad at the same time. Then pause the game or simply minimize the app, which throws it into auto-pause.

Now go to the picture, find the three current objects, then go back to CSI: Hidden Crimes and unpause the game. Tap the three items, then when the next three items pop up on the top bar, repeat the same thing. Do this until you beat the stage for an easy way to earn lots of points and some quick stars.

This trick is especially important for a time attack stage, because usually these stages, despite being a replica of a previous stage, will have objects that the original stage didn’t have. It’s rather tedious to do, but this is one of the fastest and easiest ways to load up on points and stars.

Stars, of course, are required in order to be able to analyze evidence, so use up all of your energy, and for some fast easy stars, play the same stage over and over and memorize where all of the items are, then go and tap them as fast as you can. This is easier to do on an iPad than an iPhone due to the screen size. Once your energy is used, go on a spree of evidence-analyzing to earn a good chunk of your energy back.

If you connect to Facebook through the game, you and any of your friends who play CSI: Hidden Crimes can send energy back and forth. If you don’t have any friends who play the game and don’t have anyone who you want to try and invite, look for people to add on Facebook who play the game. They will often post their info on the Facebook page for the game, on the App Store review page, and on the comments section of this article, so that’s where you should look first.
