Disco Zoo is the latest game by NimbleBit, who is most famous for Pocket Planes and Tiny Tower. This game puts you in charge of running a zoo, and for some reason, you can have disco parties at this particular zoo. Your goal is to collect as many animals as possible, and in turn, collect as many coins and Discobux as possible. Read on to find out how to get more coins and free Discobux!
The first and most obvious way to get more coins is to sit and wait for your animals to collect them, obviously. Fill your zoo with more animals to increase the amount of coins that your zoo earns every minute. Set your push notifications on so that when your animals fall asleep, you’ll know right away, and can go back and wake them up to start earning coins again.
Starting a disco, though, not only doubles the amount of coins that your zoo earns per minute, but also prevents your animals from falling asleep. Plus, after the disco ends, all of your animals’ awake times will be reset. The more Discobux that you spend on a party, the longer (per bux spent) that the party will last.
If you just sit in your zoo, coins will fall all the time. Mostly, they will be worth one or five coins; however, there are some particularly valuable ones that fall. Then there will be ones that will worth ten coins, but every so often, there will be ones worth 25 coins, 50 coins, and even 100 coins.
Every time that you get a good review on your zoo (this will be denoted by a pink icon in the upper right corner of the screen), tap it. That means that you will earn a free 250-coin bonus. The faster that you tap these, the more often they will pop up.
Sometimes, Discobux will fall. This happens surprisingly often for a premium currency, so just tap them and you will pick them up. Also, you can find Discobux (and coins) in the rescue mission areas. You will know that they are there if a Discobux picture pops up at the top of the screen instead of an animal picture.
