Don’t Touch The White Tile – Top 10 Tricks, Tips, and Cheats

Don’t Touch The White Tile is the latest and possibly the smoothest interpretation of the white tile concept. This one has three different game modes, like most of the others. Don’t be fooled, though, because despite the smoothness, this game is still insanely difficult. That’s why we put together 10 of the best ways to maximize your score. Read on for the top 10 tips and tricks for Don’t Touch The White Tile!

10) Keep practicing in order to get better at this game.
Possibly the simplest tip, but this is how you get better at the game. The more you play, the faster that you become in all game modes. Don’t play so much that you get overly frustrated, because that’s how you end up making stupid mistakes, but keep playing in balance.

9) In Arcade mode, play to a rhythm.
Arcade mode stays the same speed the entire time, so theoretically, it should be the easiest; however, it’s also very easy to mentally drift off, lose focus and blow your concentration. Have a song rhythm in your head that matches with the steps – a good one would be Metallica’s “Master of Puppets”, but whatever matches the speed will work.

8) In Zen mode, slow down during the last 5-10 seconds of play.
The last bit of the stage is when you typically start to get the most agitated and the adrenaline begins to take over. If you make one single mistake, the whole round will be lost, so slow down and play it a bit safer at the very end to ensure that you finish it.

7) In Classic mode, go as fast as you absolutely can.
The goal here is to get the fastest time possible, so don’t worry about slowing down. You have exactly fifty tiles to tap on before you finish the stage, so don’t bother slowing down here. In fact, playing this mode is a great way to practice for making a super high score on the Zen mode.

6) Tap to a rhythm on the Classic and Zen stages, too.
This will prevent jerky taps, which often result in double-tapping by accident. Tap smoothly and keep your concentration, and get a song in your head if necessary. Focus on one step at a time so that you don’t lose concentration.
