Dragons: Titan Uprising is a new game in the How To Train Your Dragon series featuring the gameplay of the Puzzle RPG genre and the dragons and characters from the HTTYD franchise. Your goal is to quest from level to level, build and upgrade your team of dragons, and load up on gold, fish, and runes. Read on for some tips, cheats, strategies, hints, and tricks for Dragons: Titan Uprising!

During battles, you can make combinations of either three, four, or five tiles (either in a row or in an L, T, or + shape) to launch attacks at enemies. The projectiles from each tile will launch straight upward, so focus on tiles that are underneath the enemies, as combinations that don’t hit any dragon will do no damage. Each tile combination will increase the special bar for your dragons of the same color, though, and when the special bar fills, you can tap the dragon to unleash its special skill. Some are attack skills, some have splash attack skills, while other dragons have healing skills.

When you make a combination of four or five tiles, you get a special tile that either clears out an entire line (for four tiles), blows up a 3×3 area of tiles (for five tiles not in a row), or clears out all of the tiles of one color (for five in a row). In general, the more special tiles you make, the faster you’ll win the battle due to the amount of damage dealt. Don’t use the rainbow tile to clear out tiles of a certain color if there aren’t plenty of that tile on the board, though.

Use the various card summons to load up on dragons, and then feed them fish to upgrade them past the baby stage. Once a dragon is no longer a baby, it can either be added to your team or sacrificed to power up another dragon on your team. Keep the three-star, four-star, and five-star dragons and get rid of the one-stars and (later on in the game) the two-stars, but also keep all five colors of dragon on your team.

Go to your home and you’ll be able to initially collect coins and fish that build up over time. Beginning at player level six, you’ll be able to upgrade your collectors in order to earn more fish per minute as well as to earn more maximum fish in your collectors. Keep them upgraded and you’ll be able to earn loads of fish and coins even when you’re not playing. As your player level increases, watch out for new areas of your home to open up, too, such as the arena and dungeons that specialize in earning specific resources.

Participate in the limited-time events whenever they pop up because although they tend to be the most difficult fights to win, they’re also the ones that give you the biggest rewards when you do beat them. They’ll also be easier to beat as you get further into the game and asy ou strengthen your dragons.
