Dunk Line – Top Tips, Tricks, Cheats, Hints, and High Score Guide

Dunk Line is a new, rather unique spin on the endless dunking games that have taken over the App Store and Google Play in recent months. In this Ketchapp game for the iOS and Android platforms, you have to draw a line under a basketball in order to drop the ball down into the hoop. The more dunks that you do, the harder it gets to keep up. Read on for some tips and tricks for Dunk Line!

At first, it’s easy to draw the correct kind of line and knock the ball into the hoop. Once the backless hoops come around, then you have to be a little more careful. Draw lines on more of a vertical angle to drop the ball at high speed into the hoop, and make sure that the end of the line does not overlap with the hoop, or you might overshoot it.

Once your score gets high enough, then you’ll have to worry about dropping multiple balls into one hoop, or multiple balls into multiple hoops at a time. Be speedy with the line drawing with the latter and draw a line long enough and straight enough to send all of the balls into the hoop for the former. And look out for balls that bounce up in a crooked manner. Try to anticipate the angle of the bounce.

If you draw a line that is too long, too straight, or errant, the ball will roll on it for a little while and then the line will disappear. Wait for the line to go away and then quickly draw another line under it in order to try to get the ball into the hoop. If you time it right, you can end up saving your run.

A high score is the ultimate goal of this game, and if you can send a ball into the hoop without it hitting the rim or the backboard at all, it will be worth two points instead of one. There is no combo chaining in this game, but just figuring out the timing to do a perfect swish shot will allow you to boost your score rapidly.

Right now, there are no new hoops, balls, or anything of the sort in the store to unlock. Ketchapp tends to roll out frequent updates with additions to the store, though, so keep checking back and you’ll likely find something before long.
