If you were a fan of the original FallDown or if you are just looking for a silly and simple game to play, FallDown! 2 might be just your ticket. The goal of the game is to drop a ball as far down in the stage as you can. The stage is endless, giving it similar appeal to the legions of “endless” games on mobile devices, except that the maximum score that you can get is 100,000 points. If you are new to FallDown 2 or are just wondering about certain questions, read on for how to play the game!
The game is simple enough to play. The ball rolls on platforms, and your goal is to drop it through the holes in each platform before the green line drops and zaps the ball. When the line zaps the ball, you lose. Otherwise, you win.
Those yellow dots that you can collect as you drop down the stage are stars. Stars are your form of currency in the game, and each star that you collect goes into your total star collection. The stars can be spent on two categories of items in the “customize” screen, which is found on the main menu.
These items are new balls, and new backgrounds. Each of the new balls or new backgrounds costs anywhere between 200 and 2,000 stars to buy. They don’t provide any performance enhancements, however. All they are for is to change the appearance in the game.
Also on the menu is the high scores tab. Here, you can see your top five scores, as well as the top five scores that anybody has ever managed to earn in the game, and the top five scores between you and your friends. You have no friends in the game to start off, so to connect socially, you would go to the Game Center menu and add friends who play the game. Then, your scores will be compared to theirs.
