The more work that it takes to get an item, the higher over market price that you can typically sell it for in the side store. For example, crops can be sold over market price (especially crops that take longer to grow such as tomatoes), but crops such as wheat can’t sell for too far over market price. Milk, eggs, cow feed, chicken feed and other crafted goods can sell for much higher prices, though, because there are less of them for sale, and there are more people who would pay more to get them for less work.
The news stand’s list of sellers will rejuvenate every 30 minutes, but single spots will also regenerate a minute or two after they are sold, so you can keep going back to the store and checking back for new items. If you don’t want to wait thirty minutes for the entire store to rejuvenate, then set the time on your phone or tablet ahead by about half an hour, then go back to the store and look at the items again.
Use all of those extra coins that you earn from the store to buy literally EVERYTHING that you are able to unlock. Maximize your farm plots. Add as many buildings as you can until you hit the maximum of that building. Add maximum amounts of all the animals, plus all of the new animals that you unlock. This will enable you to level up faster, and earn coins faster due to more deliveries and more stuff to sell on the market.
Every so often, if you have done the time lapse cheat, the game will check back with the server (this happens at random), and when it does, it will notice that the time is weird, so when that happens, the game will server-refresh and take you back to before you did the time cheat, causing you to lose all of the extra coins and supplies that you got within that time.
To keep that from happening, after you collect stuff, close the app down, and THEN set the time back to normal. Then restart the app, and it will stay normal.
