FarmVille: Tropic Escape is the latest in the FarmVille series of games that used to rule the world way before Pokémon Go did. In FarmVille: Tropic Escape, you run an island paradise and your goal is to explore it and build it from a tiny little alcove into a big, beautiful resort – and yes, some farming is involved, too. Read on for some tips and tricks for FarmVille: Tropic Escape!
For the beginning of the game, you’ll mostly just be growing crops, knocking coconuts out of trees, having the dolphin catch fish, and making things such as sushi rice and smoothies. Try to keep every store, farm and station running at once so that you can churn out a huge supply of goodies.
To advance quickly, make sure to follow the given quests. If you want to skip the quests, you can pay gems to do so, although everything generally completes quickly enough that you’ll be wasting gems if you do that. If you need to know where to complete one item in a quest, tap and hold that item and a pop-up will appear telling you where to go.
Any time that you see a check mark on the guest order board, tap it to complete that order for coins and experience. Otherwise, you can go through and see what all of the orders are. As orders become ready to complete, check marks will appear on the board letting you know.
You can connect the game to Facebook just like in the old days, but unlike those days, it won’t completely annoy your friends. Instead, find people who play (invite old FarmVille players when in doubt) and you and your friends will be able to buy and sell goods with each other. This will help both you and your friends get through the games more quickly.
Keep gaining levels in order to unlock more of the game because much of the game is hidden behind level walls. For example, once you hit level 10, you will be able to unlock expansions and find hidden treasures. Once you pass level 14 you can talk to the mermaid.
