Fishing Frenzy: Idle Hooked Inc is a new Android and iOS idle game where you and your crew of fisherman move from coast to coast, from area to area, and try to catch everything that is out there, while collecting gems, pearls, cash, and a whole lot more. You can earn rare, epic, and outstanding equipment, unlock new fish and fish card collections, purchased new boosts and bonuses, use pearls to upgrade your equipment, and load up on offline income.
Your equipment comes in different rarity tiers. There is the common and outstanding equipment, or gray and green, which are your most basic levels of equipment. However, you also have rare, epic, legendary, S-grade, and beyond, which give you absolutely massive boosts in income and fishing power when you equip them, and are also much more difficult to find.

If you have been playing the game for a little while, then you have probably found that common and outstanding equipment shows up fairly frequently, and is not that hard to find. Most likely, though, it will have taken you a while to get your first piece of rare equipment, and far longer to earn your first piece of epic equipment.
The advertisement box is available five times per day for free, and it will only earn you common or outstanding equipment at first. The more that you open the ad box, though, the better results out of it, including more common outstanding equipment, and eventually, the ability to earn rare equipment, and at top level, even the ability to earn epic equipment.
The small box and the big box are the other two equipment boxes in the game. Their names are a bit of a misnomer, as despite the difference in cost, both of these boxes will only give you one piece of equipment. In the big box, though, the equipment is far more likely to be higher in rarity than the small box, and way higher than the advertisement box.
Your common and outstanding equipment is not a waste, though. You can merge equipment in order to increase the rarity. When you merge three Identical common pieces of equipment together, you get an outstanding piece. When you merge three identical outstanding pieces together, you get a rare piece.
When you merge three identical rare pieces of equipment together, then you get an epic piece. even further beyond this, you will be able to merge epic pieces into legendary pieces.
S-grade equipment is not a class of its own; rather, it’s a sub class denotes special equipment that has a higher income multiplier and fishing power multiplier then other equipment of the same rarity. So you can get rare S-grade, epic S-grade, and beyond. This equipment usually only shows up during special events.
