Fit the Fat 2 is a new game by the makers of the original Fit to Fat, and unlike the first, which was essentially a jump-rope timing game, this game is a full-fledged personal training game that plays like a virtual pet game, where you give your fat guy food, workouts and sleep in order to lose weight and get him in shape. Read on for some tips and tricks for Fit the Fat 2!
One of the features of this game that is oddly not advertised is that you can link it to HealthKit or Google Fit, depending on if you use iOS or Android. When you do, the game will read your steps and your logged workouts and apply the results to your character, causing him to lose extra amounts of weight. Go to the settings and you can connect it; go back to the settings later to collect step and workout rewards.
When your character’s stamina runs out and you put him to bed, it normally takes a little bit of time for the stamina to recover unless you use a stamina power-up. To finish the nap immediately, set the time ahead by about half an hour after you put the character to bed, then go back to the game and his stamina will be fully restored. However, when you set the time back to normal, the cheated-off cooldown time gets added back on, and the stamina won’t recover while the game is minimized until the server resyncs with the game.
You earn coins each time that you do a workout, but if you are not earning coins quickly enough, go to the coin store and hit the free button. When you do this, an ad will appear, and then when the ad finishes, you will earn ten free coins. Do this as many times as you want to load up on coins whenever you are running low.
Don’t just blindly buy healthy foods; tap on each individual item to see how much hunger is satisfied and how much fat is added. Water, for example, satisfies almost no hunger but, for some reason, adds 5.2 fat per use. Toast satisfies a whopping 25% hunger while adding only 7.1 fat at a cost of 12 coins, making it possibly the best deal in the entire game.
Tap on your character’s weight to see the breakdown of fat, muscle and skinny that makes up your character’s pounds or kilos. Once you unlock weight training exercises you will be able to gain muscle. Your character might lose pounds a little bit slower, but his appearance will change more quickly (kind of like working out in real life!).
