When the board starts off empty, it can be a fun idea to simply start dropping money down the middle of the screen and letting it merge together automatically. Not only will the quick merging earn you tons of free bonus energy, but once the board gets high, you can then start making specific combinations and increasing your earnings very quickly.
As you get later into the days, you will end up starting with a board full of random change. It can look chaotic at first, but this enables you to make quick merge combinations and increase your income significantly at a very fast rate without using a whole lot of energy.
