Game of Thrones: Conquest is the hyper-popular MMORTS that’s gained an even bigger boost lately thanks to the show of the same name, and you can do all kinds of serious business, like fighting to be the top kingdom in Westeros.
You can also do some silly stuff, such as activating the secret Hodor mode Easter Egg. Read on for instructions on how to do just that in Game of Thrones: Conquest!
So what does Hodor mode do? Easy – it turns all of the in-game text into Hodor.
It’s also easy to activate. All you have to do is first, go to the settings on your phone or tablet, whichever device you play on.
Then, set the date to April Fools Day (April 1st of whatever year you want).
Now, go back to the game. Go to the in-game settings when you’re logged in, and a brand new game option will appear for Hodor mode.
Activate Hodor mode, the game will restart, and all of the text will change over to “Hodor” over and over.
Whenever you want to change it out of Hodor mode, all you have to do is restart the game. Close out of it and then open it back up, and all of the text will be back to normal.
The trick was meant to be used on April Fools’ Day, but by using the time-lapse cheat to set your phone time to April 1st, you can do this whenever you want to.
