Gemini Strike – How to get free Gems and Credits

Armor Games is a long time veteran of the browser gaming scene, and Gemini Strike is an excellent attempt at spreading their fame into the iOS and Android gaming scenes. This space shooter bullet-hell style game will appeal to fans of Raiden, or of another excellent mobile space shooter, Sky Force 2014. You have two currencies in this game – the gems, of course, are the primary currency, while the credits are the premium currency. Read on to find out how to get more of both!

Gems, as the primary currency, can’t even be purchased in game; however, they CAN be earned in any stage that you play. Gems pop up either randomly in the game, or whenever you destroy a capsule/big ship/boss. Any time that you see them, collect them to add to your total (you also get a gem bonus just for beating the stage).

Stuck and you don’t have enough gems to upgrade your ship’s equipment? That’s an easy fix. Go back to a previous sector. You’ll kill your progress at the current one but it will be worth it. It’s recommended to simply start back at sector one and work your way all the way back up so that you can load up on the gems. The gems earned never diminish even though you have already beaten the stage.

Play the secret missions as often as possible, and be sure to win as you won’t keep the gems if you lose (just like on the normal missions). If you want to make the secret missions come back more more quickly, set the time ahead by about a day after you complete them – maybe more than a day just to be safe. Then go back to the game and they will have come back.

You’ll get a daily credit every day that you log in, every 24 hours. Also, every time that you beat a boss for the first time and you get to a new sector, you will earn a credit reward.

You don’t ever end up earning too many credits for free in this game, so instead save up your credits and use them wisely. Don’t use them on getting another turn on a stage right after you lose, not even for the secret missions. Instead use them to purchase new ships or to shop in the black market. Keep on the lookout for cargo boxes to pop up after secret missions too, as they will cost just 1 credit instead of 3 credits to open.
