This game primarily is about how quickly and accurately you can complete the steps to making specific coffee drinks, but in the beginning, accuracy is far more important than quickness. Slow things down and take each step one at a time, because if you screw up a step and make the drink incorrectly, then you either have to deal with an angry customer and get less money, or you have to throw the drink in the trash, which is at the bottom part of the drink prep screen, and start all over again.

Start slow, get your routine going, and as you start to build more experience and commit the steps for each drink to muscle memory, then you can speed up and start trying to multitask whenever you can. Whenever you unlock a new recipe, though, you’re going to have to do the same thing and slow it back down while you get used to making the recipe.

Not only does each recipe contain specific ingredients, but it matters what order you put the ingredients into your drink, as well. For example, when you are making a latte, you have to put the espresso in first, and the steamed milk afterwards. If you put the steamed milk in first and the espresso second, the drink won’t be mixed properly, and there is no method given to mix the drink better, so you will end up with an angry customer.

The more accurately and quicker that you can make each drink, the more money that you will earn from tips given by customers. At the end of each day, you can also watch an advertisement video in order to collect $10 for free. While this doesn’t seem like a whole lot, the overall profit made on each drink is pretty small, so having $10 for watching a 30 second ad video is a fairly good trade off.

There are a lot of upgrades in this game, and while the equipment upgrades will increase the stats of your equipment, some of the upgrades are not worth it. The espresso mascot, for example, has to be paid a salary, and not having enough customers isn’t usually a problem unless you’re lightning fast at making drinks in this game.

You use energy in order to play rounds in this game. In order to get energy back after you run out, you can either watch ad videos, wait for it, or you can spend gems in order to make it come back right away. You can also set the time ahead on your phone or tablet and then go back to the game in order to get free energy immediately, but this can also screw up the way things work both within your game and on your phone.

You can get free gems without having to spend any money, but they are still pretty rare. One way to get free gems is to complete the quests within the level itself. You can also complete the daily quests and the story quests, with the daily quests being easier to complete and typically offering between one and three free gems daily. The story quests offer you much larger rewards and stick around for longer, but it takes much longer to complete them.
