Guide to Crusader Attack – Tips, Cheats, and Strategies To Win Every Battle

Crusader Attack is a mobile RPG with influences from bullet hell shooter games for the iOS and Android platforms. You can build and upgrade a large cast of characters, but unlike in other mobile RPGs, you then use them to engage in gun battles against waves of enemies, complete with their own special skills. You can even call a friend to help you. Read on for some tips and tricks for Crusader Attack!

The battle itself sends wave after wave of enemies coming right at you, and you have to move side to side in order to target all of them appropriately. Once you finish with the tutorial, you will unlock the auto-battle mode, but until then this is all done manually. Use your skill moves, though, to take out large swaths of enemies at a time if you begin to get overwhelmed.

Otherwise, if you can handle the normal enemies, save your skill moves and use them for the boss characters. Bosses come with a massive amount of hit points, but the skill moves drain them quickly, making them far less daunting to beat. Once you get to harder fights, use your skill moves earlier on (you control them in auto-mode still), and depending on the move, they should be recharged by the time you get to the boss.

Your main method of improving your characters is to level them up. There are two ways to make this happen. Gaining experience in battle will level you up, so you can grind as much as you want for levels. Otherwise, you can rapidly level a character up by sacrificing between 1 and 5 other characters to do so. Level up your rarest/highest star rating characters, sacrificing your 1- and 2-star characters in the process.

Another way to level your characters up is to evolve them. To do this, you need a specific set of characters as evolution material. The characters differ depending on who the character is that you want to evolve; the rarer the character, the more (and rarer) evolution materials you will need in order to make the evolution happen. If you don’t have a material, tap the darkened picture of the material to find out where to get it.

Keep leveling up your player level, because the higher your player level, the more stuff you’ll be able to unlock. For example, you’ll unlock the ability to awaken your character at level 17, or to transcend your character at level 27. Undertake as many battles as possible in order to keep the user level growing, so that you can keep unlocking new modes and upgrades.
