DragonVale, for the iPhone and iPod Touch, is a smash hit game for the iPhone where you get to breed and raise your own dragons. You get to buy habitats, start them off as little baby dragons in the habitats, feed them dragon treats, and watch them grow up, bigger and bigger until they become full grown adult dragons. Then, you can breed them, even breeding different elemental dragons together, such as fire and ice, to create hybrid dragons that really stretch the boundaries of what theoretically would be possible if dragons were actually real. While it can be slow goings at times, use these tips and tricks to get further than you thought you would in the game and to massively speed things up.
One of the best ways to earn money when you are offline, are busy and away from the phone, sleeping, or whatever is with good old fashioned earth habitats. Each one keeps earning you more and more money no matter how long you are gone for, practically, because the maximum amount of coins that they can each earn is 10,000 coins (as opposed to 200 for the plant habitat, and 800 for the much more expensive fire habitat). When you are raising money for your more expensive items in the game, it’s best to load up your whole dragon island with earth habitats, put an earth dragon into each of them, level them up to level 3 or 4 so that you’ll earn coins at a reasonable rate, and then ignore the game for half a day or so, and come back and collect the gigantic amount of money you have.
After that, come back and use all of that extra money to try and knock out clearing every rock and tree from your island at the same time. You’ll gain massive amounts of experience points and you will be amazed at how much extra useable space you have on the island.
Also, concentrate on trying to clear out space in one corner of the island at a time. After you do this, you can take all of the objects that you have on your island and try to crowd them into the corner of the island as much as possible, so that you can make room for any new building you want to build, such as more farms or more habitats.
