Guide to Heir of Light – Tips, Cheats, and Strategies to Rule the Land

Heir of Light is a new ARPG combined with a strategy game by Gamevil. This game comes fully equipped with hugely cinematic graphics, adaptive music (meaning the music changes in real-time depending on your health and your fighting situation), and more depth than most ARPGs. Read on for some tips and tricks for Heir of Light!

Early on in the game, you can race through battles using the old auto-battle mode, but once you start getting to the point of facing much tougher bosses, you will have to start memorizing what move does what, so that you can get the most effective possible usage out of your special moves. The right move choice can make or break a battle with a tough boss; ditto with combo moves.

Exploration is a huge element of this game, and exploration will allow you to discover new territories and conquer them. Take good care of your territories and defend them, or they’ll likely to be stolen by other players. Keep them under your control to earn more cash, which can, of course, be used to upgrade your weapons and armor.

As you progress further into the game, you will be able to upgrade your stats, such as defense, as well as upgrade your combos and special attacks. Defense is always one of the best upgrades as it allows you to last longer in a stage and gives you a higher margin of error. Defense is more important if you fight melee than ranged; otherwise, combos are more important.

If you are not sure what to do next, go to the quests and achievements pages and look at the ones that you haven’t completed yet. You’ve likely already been there anyways in order to collect your rewards for a quest or achievement completed, but go look at the incomplete ones and work off of the requirements (and how complete they are) to load up on more rewards.

Don’t just stop exploring an area of land once you beat a boss. Keep exploring until you come to the very last area of the land. This gives you a far better shot at earning runes, treasures, and other goodies, all of which are extremely useful for the heir, making it worth it to explore all of your lands.
