Zombie Run is an iPhone and iPod Touch game that puts a “Night of the Living Dead” spin on the old endless running formula. You play a zombie running away from the humans, and your goal is to run as far as you possibly can, and collect as many potions (this game’s version of coins) as you possibly can. As you run farther and farther, the game gets faster and harder. Read on for some tips and tricks for Zombie Run!
When you are running, always be looking around the next corner if you see a turn coming up. Oftentimes, a turn is followed by another sudden turn, or even as many as 4 or 5 sudden turns in a row, and if you’re not paying attention, they can throw you off very quickly.
Also, swipe to the left or to the right a split second before you get to the turn, rather than right when you get to it. If you wait until you get to it, then often, the game will not read the turn, and you’ll run right through the fence and into the water. However, if you hit the sideways swipe up to half a second before you get to the turn, you will make the turn 100 percent of the time.
If you want to catch a fish and get the fisherman bonus, first, go to the store and use your potions to buy the fisherman power up. Then, when you are in the stage, watch out for a thought bubble to flash over the zombie’s head. Just a bit after it does, a fish will jump. You have to jump to catch it. If you do, you get 10 potions and a fisherman bonus. Upgrade it and you will get more fish, but it still remains 10 potions per fish that you catch.
To fill the brain meter, keep collecting potions until the green jar in the upper left corner starts to grow a brain inside. First it will be a small brain, then it will gradually grow into a bigger and bigger brain until it becomes a full brain. When it becomes a full brain, the brain meter will be full.
