Guncrafter for iOS: How to get more coins

Guncrafter is a game that lets you craft your very own gun, Minecraft style, and then shoot it in various different firing ranges. Your goal is to fire and knock off as many blocks as possible – knock off more blocks than your opponent does, and you win the round. Knock off less blocks than your opponent does, and you lose. Coins are the currency in Guncrafter, and they are your key to earning better guns. Read on to find out how to get some more coins!

You can get more free coins every so often by using the free gift basket that pops up in the store. You’ll learn about it during the tutorial, but don’t forget to use it as often as possible.

When you play a round, if you win, you earn five coins. If you lose, you only earn one coin. This is true for both the player vs player mode and for the practice mode. The higher up you get in the stages, the tougher and more advanced the players become in the player vs player mode, so in later rounds, stick mainly to the practice mode unless you are also trying to gain experience points.

Every time that you shoot one of the gift boxes and disintegrate it, you’ll earn four free coins. The higher up you get in the stages, the more gift boxes you will find in the stage. When you’re in a stage with a lot of gift boxes, focus on shooting them first before you try to win the round, because they’ll earn you the bulk of your coins.

Of course, you can always buy more coins in the store if earning coins by shooting isn’t working quickly enough for you. However, save up for the steel gun parts, because they are far more powerful and reload quicker, and once you earn them, it’s much easier and quicker to break the gift boxes and to break boxes in general, allowing you to earn more coins.
