As you get further into the game you will have moments where all of your quests take literally hours to complete. Use this time to your advantage and start upgrading your forgotten or lagging students in the workshop. Do this and you can maximize the amount of cash they earn you, and you will never be in want for more cash for a new building or more clothes.
Plus, use the admissions office and the Club VIP to fill up your dorms. If you want to get rid of someone later, you can always do that too. Just tap someone and hit Defriend and you’ll be able to kick them out of your entourage in exchange for earning a bit of cash. The rarer the friend, the more cash you earn for booting them.
Once you unlock Amour and build it, a whole new set of quests will appear there, all of them involving dating. You can date anyone regardless of gender, and there’s no dating exclusivity in the world of Hollywood U: Rising Stars, at least not yet although that’s coming soon in a future update. Date everyone that you can here for the biggest rewards.
Some quests are VIP quests, meaning that you have to pay a certain amount of diamonds right at the beginning just to start the quest. A VIP chain of quests will typically pay you more diamonds at the end than what you paid just to start the quest, though, so always keep enough diamonds around to begin a quest like this.
Something else that is in the works is the ability to earn free diamonds by watching advertisement videos. Right now, if you go to the diamond and cash store, all that shows up is offers to purchase them for real life money, but sometimes, the offer to watch an ad video will pop up underneath the social and quests button on the main screen.
As you level up you will gain the ability to upgrade your dorms. This, despite the expensive price, is one of the most important things you can do not only to earn more cash money but also to hold more of your students. Upgrade each dorm as soon as you lock the ability to do so.
