The Cunning ribbon is one of the more difficult ribbons to get in BitLife: Life Simulator. You know that you have to commit some sort of crime, get sent to jail or prison, then escape successfully, and never get caught for the entire rest of your life. Sound simple? It sounds that way, but it might be a bit tough to figure out.
Obviously, the first step is to get thrown into either prison or jail. The problem with that here is that the justice system in BitLife is a little nicer than it is in real life. What that means is that you won’t be able to get arrested and thrown in prison until you’re an adult. Just life out your baby years, your kid years, and your teenage years as normal until you graduate from high school.
Once you’re legally an adult, go to the menu, go to the plastic surgery tab, and then go to gender reassignment surgery. Look at the price quotes from the doctors, but don’t get it yet. Instead, remember the amount of money that it costs, and if you don’t have the money for it yet, start working on getting the money for it.
You have multiple ways to do this, You can get a full-time job, a part-time job, or you can start working freelance gigs. Once the devs add entrepreneurialism to the game, expect to be able to earn that cash by owning a business, too. Of course, you can win at gambling, win the lotto, and more in order to rack up the necessary cash.
Once you get past high school, and you have the cash that you will need for plastic surgery, you have to commit a crime. Get caught, and go to prison. If you don’t have the money for the lawyer, pick a public defender to keep all of your cash. Assuming they don’t get you off the charges (and being a public defender, they likely won’t), you’ll get locked up.

Remember that gender reassignment surgery price? Good, now go get that surgery now that you’re out of jail. If you don’t, you’ll get caught easily, but if you do, you’ll change sexes, meaning that you will be far less likely to get caught.
The risk here is that you can die from gender reassignment surgery if it goes wrong. Use your gut to pick the best doctor for the surgery, as there really is no best doctor, and it can be completely random.
If you don’t have the money to do a gender reassignment, then you have one other option, which is to emigrate to another country. Move countries, and you won’t be extradited back to your original country in order to do time. But sometimes, you won’t be able to emigrate at all, so this one carries more risk with it than gender reassignment does.
Of course, if you REALLY don’t want to get caught and are of the more paranoid sort, you can do both of these. Get a gender reassignment surgery, then emigrate to a new country. Or, emigrate to a new country, and then get gender reassignment surgery.
