There are many different types of items that you can buy in the store. Inside the Monsters tab, you can buy some premium, very powerful monsters. However, these monsters will cost you Gems to buy. If you go to the Items tab, you will be able to buy all of the capture discs; both the regular ones which will cost you nothing but coins, or the premium capture discs which will cost you gems to buy.
Under the money buildings, you will be able to buy buildings which earn coins for you every so often. Each building has a predetermined amount of time that it takes in order to earn coins, and in turn, the longer it takes to earn coins, the more coins it will earn you once you collect from it. In addition, you can upgrade every building, so that they earn you more coins in the same specified amount of time.
Monster buildings will allow you to unlock more powerful monsters, and the silo that you can buy under monster buildings will allow you to have more monsters, which will help you invade and attack other players. The stronger your attack power, the higher your success rate against other players’ defense power, and the stronger defense power, the better your success rate against other players when they try to attack you. Defense buildings will add to the defensive power of your settlement, which will help when other players try to attack you.
Decorations don’t do have any practical use. However, they are fun to use if you are the type that likes to decorate your settlement. Special items each do something different. For example, the Steamer Trunk allows you to open it and unlock a monster. There’s a chance of it being a rare monster, although it will most likely be a common monster.
The vault will allow you to hide money so that it won’t be taken if you get defeated. The bestiary will keep track of how many monsters you have found or unlocked. Finally, the help center will allow you to find answers to even more questions than you have found in this article.
That’s all for the beginner’s guide to Monster Quest! Enjoy the game!
