Epic Heroes – Tips and Tricks Guide: Hints, Cheats and Strategies

Epic Heroes, which used to be called I Am MT, is a new card battling game for the iPhone and other iOS devices that’s based off of the popular Chinesecartoon I’m MT, which is an unofficial parody/cartoon based on the World of Warcraft mythos. In this version, though, the play is like a much more graphically friendly version of games such as Rage of Bahamut, but with a few small details from Jewel Dragon or Puzzle and Dragons thrown in for good measure. MT, Shaman and Druid all costar in this game, and they lead your pack of characters as they trudge on through battles, fight in the arena, evolve, and more. Read on for some tips and tricks for Epic Heroes!

To begin the game, your main character will be back at level one after his evolution during the tutorial of the game. At that time, everyone else’s character will be at level one too, so use the fusion to enhance yours to a higher level. Now, when players pick a helper card during battles and yours pops up, it will INSTANTLY stand out due to the high level, and get picked more often, which will lead you to get far more friend requests.

Every card has a different type, so use those types to determine where you place your cards in your party. Put the warrior and knight cards up front because they have the highest defense (they are Plate class), and cards at the front always take more damage. Put the Shaman, Hunter and Rogue in the back for high physical damage, and put the mage and warlock in back for high magic damage, as well as the priest for healing.

Shamans and Hunters have the highest defense out of the attackers, so they tend to do ok in the front as well (they are Mail class), but the Leather and Cloth class monsters tend to do horribly.

Once you hit level 10, you can speed up battles immensely by hitting the 1x button in the bottom left corner of the screen. This will multiply the speed of a battle. Once you hit that level, you can also synthesize new monsters, which is a quick way to get new ones using runes, although you should have earned plenty of monsters from the dungeons by this point.
