It’s Always Sunny: The Gang Goes Mobile – Walkthrough, Cheats, Tips, and Strategy Guide

It’s Always Sunny: The Gang Goes Mobile, also known as It’s Always Sunny In Philadelphia: The Gang Goes Mobile (the longest name for a mobile game of all time), is a surprisingly in-depth new idle game for the iOS and Android platforms. You play as the cast of the long-running show of the same name, and your goal is to launder money by running all various kinds of ridiculous scams and schemes, just like they would in the show.

You can earn coins and beer, upgrade your businesses and the members of the gang, and more, while moving from episode to episode, unlocking new members of the gang, increasing your trash bonus, and more.

Your first goal, of course, is to collect the cash, upgrade the scheme, and then automate it by assigning one of the gang to manage it. Once a scheme is automated, it can then start earning you passive income, so that you can focus on managing higher schemes and maxing out your earnings with less effort.

Set your upgrades to “max” instead of “1” and they will stop at the max upgrade possible for the money that you have, or at the next multiplier upgrade, whichever comes first. Multiplier upgrades happen at levels 25, 50, 100, 200, and other similar milestone levels, doubling or tripling your income altogether and giving you the biggest bang for your buck.

You’re going to need an internet connection in order to play the game. If you have a weak connection, watch out, because the game will act like it’s playing normally for awhile, but then it will cut out and reverse all of your recent gains. So if possible, get to the point where you have a stronger connection. You’ll also more easily be able to watch ad videos for bonuses this way.

Complete the quests given at the top of the screen to earn beer, which can then be used to earn bonus beer and cards for your upgrades. You have to fill a card meter in order to be able to upgrade either the character or the scheme depicted in the card.

Once you build all of the available shops for a level, and upgrade them to the required levels, you’ll be able to unlock the dumpster fire. Send Frank in after it, and you’ll prestige over to the next episode with cash bonuses, new prices for upgrades and schemes, and one new scheme available at the top, plus a new storyline and a different mix of characters in order to mark a new episode.

Not only that, but you’ll also earn beer and earn a chance at more bonus cards. If you want a chance at a larger Trash bonus, upgrade Frank using cards and beer before you activate the dumpster fire. You don’t ever have to prestige right away; you can wait however long you want. Even when you run out of shops to unlock, you’ll still be able to keep upgrading the ones that you have.
