Knife Hit is one of Ketchapp’s most addictive games, with boss battles and all, and now they’ve gone and introduced rare and legendary bosses. These bosses are hard to find, sometimes even harder to beat, and each one that you beat will give you a special type of knife. Read on to find out how to encounter and beat every rare and legendary boss in Knife Hit!
Legendary Bosses (and rare bosses, for that matter) are encountered much in the same way that normal bosses are. You have a chance to find them every fifth level. Bosses on every fifth level are randomized, so whether it’s level 5 or level 50, you have a shot at hitting a rare boss, or a legendary boss. Legendaries are even rarer and harder to find than rare bosses. As follows, here is how you beat them.
Balloon: This one is ridiculously easy to beat and was added as kind of a joke. Throw the knives at the balloons until you beat them. There is no actual way to lose this round – all that you have to do is pop the three balloons, and one knife apiece is required for the three balloons.
The Fan: Blows at the same speed the whole time. Just tap rapidly (use more than one finger if you have to) and you’ll blow out all of your knives easily in one shot, like in the first four levels of the game.
Disco Disco: This one swings back and forth fairly quickly, but it’s not difficult. Wait for the slowdown moments, and then when you get an opening, shoot a knife in. You’ll have to repeat this until you run out of knives and try to shoot the knives as close to each other as possible in order to make space to throw all of your knives.
The Camera: Similar to Disco Disco but when it moves counter-clockwise, it moves slowly and not that much. So on the counter-clockwise movement, start aiming knives close to each other and repeat until your knives run out.
The Grill: This one moves in the following pattern: slow, slow, slow, FASTQUICK, slow, slow, slow, FASTQUICK. Time the direction changes and shoot the knives into the small spots until you use up all of your knives. Knives are already on the board, so fit them in as you can.
Aqua Suit: This boss is stupidly hard. There is a huge variety of small, jerky movements, followed by a good-sized spin move. When the boss is slowing down AFTER the spin move, that’s the one time where you have a certain grasp on the movements. Use this time to throw the knives in, because you have an insane amount of knives to use.
The Saw: Start rapid-tapping at the very beginning of the saw’s movement, then stay out of it when the saw is spinning fast. When the saw is slowing down, then start tapping and drop the knives close to each other. Repeat until the knives run out.
Apple Pie: Has a ton of different knives already in it. Spins for about two or three turns to the left, then to the right. You just have to wait for an opening and toss the knives in where you can fit them in until you use up all of your knives. Taking your time is really important here.
