Lego Star Wars: The Yoda Chronicles is a new game in the Lego Star Wars franchise, which seems like it has been around about as long as Star Wars itself has by now! Lego Star Wars: The Yoda Chronicles puts you in the hsoes of either the Jedi or Sith on a varying group of missions to try and outdo each other and to put a wrench into each other’s plans. Like I mentioned before, when you begin the game you choose between either fighting for the Jedi side or fighting for the Sith side. However, at any point in time, you are free to change sides. Changing sides will give you an entirely new set of levels, doubling the length of the game. To change sides, go as far back in the menu screen between stages as the game will let you go, and tap the bottom left button (in the four button row). You can change sides from there.
In Lego Star Wars: The Yoda Chronicles, each side has a set of three missions per level to complete, but you don’t have to complete all three of them in one shot. If you finish one mission per attempt, but you eventually get all three missions finished, then the game will show all three missions as complete, and they will all be added to your progress total.
Check the map before you moving in one direction. Some stages require you to move in the opposite direction that you normally would, and other stages require you to beat the stage within a time limit, so you can use the map to plot the best route. Usually, you don’t have to kill ALL of the enemies in order to win – just pass them. And you don’t have to target all of them individually to kill them, because when you get close to them your characters will shoot at them.
Make sure to keep moving when you’re shooting at your enemies, even if you have targeted them already. After you target them, tap at a blank portion of the screen to keep running. Because you’ve already targeted them, your characters will keep shooting. Also, if you tap on multiple targets, one after the other, the game will remember and you will kill them off one by one, so target enemies quickly and keep running while you shoot them. Stop only to collect the coins that they drop afterwards.
