Read on for some tips and tricks for Miraculous: Ladybug and Cat Noir!

Just like all of the classic endless runner games that took over the App Store in the period between 2011 and 2014, the controls in this game are simple and straightforward. You swipe left and right to change to the corresponding lane, swipe up in order to jump, and swipe down in order to slide. You can pass obstacles in multiple different ways oftentimes – small hurdles, for example, can be jumped over or slid under.

Each level has its own goal, and you’ll be able to see the count of what you need to do or collect in order to pass the level. For example, if all that you need to do is jump over 10 obstacles, then the level will end as soon as you jump over 10 obstacles. Other than the completion of the goal, there really is no “start” or “finish” line.

You can build sticker collections in order to add multipliers to your score. To do this, collect presents, and then go to the present menu and start the process of opening one of them. If you want to open one of them right away, go to the date and time settings on your phone, set the time ahead by three hours (minus the amount of time that has already passed), and then go back to the game to open your present right away.

As you go through levels, you can collect ladybugs, which can be used as currency in this game. Go to the store and you can use them to either buy boxes, or to upgrade your power-ups. Each upgrade to the power-ups will increase their duration by 3 seconds every time that you collect them.

The butterflies are used for two things. You can either buy premium goods with them, or you can use them to restart a race after you lose. Plus, you can speed up the opening of boxes, too, but let’s not waste them, since they are extremely rare. The surest way to earn more of them is to purchase them using an in-app purchase.
