MLB Big Stars Baseball – Tips and Cheats: The Strategy guide

MLB Big Stars Baseball is a semi-new game by Hothead Games, Inc. It used to be called Big Win MLB, but for the 2014 season it’s been completely made over with new graphics and user interfaces, updated rosters, and more goodies besides. Read on for some tips and tricks for MLB Big Stars Baseball for iOS and Android!

If you used to play Big Win MLB and you were serious about it, chances are you probably had a team code hanging around somewhere. Every team has a team code, and if you write it down, then whenever you play in the future, if you want your team back but you never connected to Facebook, you can get it back instantly. If you have one from the Big Win MLB days, enter it and you will have your team back in this game, too.

You only have ten energy points, and each time you play the game, you use one, and then you normally have to wait for them to come back or spend bucks on them. To get them back right away, though, just go to the date and time settings on your phone or device and set the time ahead by an hour or so, and your energy will return right away. Do this as many times as you want to and you can play for an unlimited amount of time.

Put your focus on updating your team with silver and gold cards as quickly as you can. Play over and over to get more coins, or use the “get free coins” and “free bucks” offer buttons to get more of the preferred currency. You can buy silver packs with 1,000 coins apiece, and gold packs with 10 bucks apiece, so load up as soon as possible, preferably when your experience level is low so you can dominate people in the pennant races.

To go beyond that, though, make sure to go for the highest team chemistry bonus possible, as this will add a percentage boost to all of your stats. The chemistry bonus is achieved by putting ten players in your lineup who are all from the same team. This will give you a five point boost on all your stats, roughly equivalent to all of your cards being of a higher rarity, which makes this VERY important to do. And there are multiple rarities of different players, too, making this fairly easy to pull off.

You can skip over your games, usually, but watch them if you want to find your team’s weakest links and rectify them. You’ll be able to see how every player affects the game via their successes or failures, as well as to see what your big impact cards actually do.
