One of the biggest surprises that your author has ever written about is MonTowers, an RPG featuring anime girls of cartoonish proportions and some seriously engrossing RPG and collecting elements to it. Buffstone, the game’s publisher and developer, went quiet for 2 1/2 years afterwards, but now they’re back with MonTowers2, a worthy sequel featuring all the fun of the first plus social elements. Read on for some tips and tricks for MonTowers2!
As you progress up the tower, monsters will get tougher and tougher to beat. If they get too tough, go back to the toughest stage that you could reliably beat and farm it for more experience. Farm levels for coins, too – each level has one coin that you can possibly win. The rarer the monster in the level, the rarer the coin will be.
You can have three main monsters in your party at a time, and each of those monsters can have a secondary monster attached to each of them that boosts all of their stats. Put your rarest and most powerful monsters in as the primary monsters and the next rarest three in as the secondary monsters.
The social element consists of adding friends. Friends can use your leader card to help them out in battle. Always have your rarest, strongest card (especially when it comes to attack power) set as your leader card so that more people will be more likely to use your leader card. Search random names in the friends menu under “Search Friends” to find more people. They’ll help you out as well, since you will have more of them to pick from before a battle of your own.
Evolving is done in the same way as summoning – I.E. have the right coins, and has the right stones from the field area. Go back to the field and use all of your field energy every single time you recover it (which is done when you level up or when the game sits for long enough that it regenerates on its own). Build up a large store of stones so that you can use them whenever you have a new monster to summon.
Play the special towers to find rare monsters and evolution coins. Play in the raid battles, either the friend raids or the private raids, to find recipes to mix monsters (mixing monsters can happen after you beat the second regular tower in the game, the Silent Tower)
