Operate Now: Hospital – Top Tips, Tricks, Cheats, and Hospital Upgrade Guide

Operate Now: Hospital is a new surgery simulator and hospital-building game for the iOS and Android platforms. Your goal is to build a large hospital with lots of patients and to become the best surgeon that you can. You can build rooms, hire staff, and add to your hospital’s reputation, while unlocking new special episodes as well. Read on for some tips and tricks for Operate Now: Hospital!

When you’re first beginning the game, follow the prologue quests in order to get the hang of the game, but shortly after, and even later in the prologue, you can go rogue and start hitting up the store for your own buildings. They will take some time to complete, but staff them to make them operational. And swap out your staff as needed so that they can take breaks in the break room to recover their energy.

Surgery is very simple in this game, far more than in something like an Amateur Surgeon game. There’s a few different surgeries, most of which involve broken bones, so you simply have to make the incision, remove, clean, and reinstall the bones, and close up the wound as quickly as possible to avoid your patient losing too much blood and/or going into cardiac arrest.

Reputation acts as your experience points in this game. The more reputation that you build for your hospital, the more rooms you’ll be able to add, the more you can upgrade your rooms, and the more patients will come to your hospital. To build your reputation, simply upgrade your hospital and perform fast and accurate surgeries.

A specific subset of quests will allow you to unlock story episodes. The episodes are something that you can watch, rather than play, if you need a break while your staff is recovering their energy. They read like graphic novels and/or comic books. It’s best to have WiFi on so that you don’t blow out your cellular data while you’re watching these episodes.

Sometimes you’ll see an ad button pop up next to your hospital. Tap it and you can watch an ad to win anything from cash to training cards to consumables. You’ll need some sort of internet connection in order to play the ad, so the strongest possible connection is recommended. These pop up to the left side of your hospital, and they don’t pop up all that often.
