Pigeon Pop – Top Tips, Tricks, Cheats, Hints, and Level Guide

Pigeon Pop is a new game based off of the Trash Dove meme that got big on Facebook awhile back. Your goal is to use your pigeon/dove/other bird to eat good food, avoid bad food, and make your way through easy, medium, hard and expert levels, earning up to three crowns per level and taking on new challenges with different types of food. Read on for some tips and tricks for Pigeon Pop!

At the beginning of the game, the food will be easy to eat, but it gets tougher as you go. Different food has different shapes (such as the snap peas, which are not round), and other food will move at different speeds or will resize itself, such as the cherries or the kiwis, so you have to get the hang of the timing of a particular fruit.

You have to eat the good parts of the food and avoid the parts that are no longer good (the dark parts); however, often a caterpillar will pop out of one of the bad parts, so if you can eat the caterpillar, you earn it as a currency. Gold caterpillars are worth more than the green caterpillars are.

Go to the bird select screen and you will be able to spend your caterpillars on new types of birds. Some birds, such as the chick and the chicken, will be cheap, costing 5 or 10 caterpillars apiece. Others will be much more expensive, such as the tropical bird, which will cost a whopping 300 caterpillars apiece.

Luckily, you can get caterpillars quickly by watching the advertisement videos that are available inside of the bird select screen. Each one that you watch will give you ten caterpillars, which will buy you some cheap birds quickly, but not so much on the expensive birds. Some birds can also be unlocked specifically by watching videos for them. The red bird and wood bird are examples of this.

If you want to skip in the levels, first, go to the level select screen. Go to the level after the one that you are currently on. There will be a video button for it. Watch the video and you’ll skip ahead to that level. Do this as many times as you want in order to skip past as many levels as you don’t want to play.
