Pottery is a new game by Voodoo for the iOS and Android platforms where you turn a clay cylinder into a beautiful pot with as much accuracy as possible. Your goal is to achieve increasingly complicated and intricate pot designs without hitting the green part in the middle of the clay cylinder, and without hitting any of the myriad obstacles that pop up throughout the game.
Levels start off fairly easy, but then they get harder as the designs get more complicated. You can also play a number of bonus levels for specific bonuses, too.

The premise of the game is fairly simple, but depending on how far along you are in the game, it can also be very easy to get beaten. You have to dig into the claw until you can see green, then you have to stop. If you accidentally dig into the green, you lose one star. If you dig into the green three times, you lose all of your stars, meaning that you lose at the level and have to restart it.
Make sure to pay attention to the silhouette of the finished shape, which pops up on most levels to guide you to the end – although, on later levels and on boss levels, you will have no guide. You just have to dig into the clay until you hit the green, and be careful about it, letting your finger off of the screen as needed.
At first most of the designs will be symmetrical, but as you get further into the game they will become more and more asymmetrical. This might not seem like it can throw you off when you are just on the early levels, but once you hit the boss levels and have no guide, then you really have to be careful so that you don’t get smoked by a surprise shape.
If you lose, you’ll get one chance to restart the level by watching an ad video. If you lose again after watching the ad video, you will have to restart the stage from the beginning.
Some of the levels have red rings floating up and down around the clay. Every time you touch a red ring, you lose a star, and a red ring can kill you if you are down to only one star. You can watch an ad video at the beginning of the round in order to make the red rings go away, though, and make it easier to beat the level.
Once you beat a level, there is no going back, but you can play a level again if you so choose. To restart the game from the beginning, simply delete the app off of your phone, then download it again. When you reinstall it, you’ll install it from the beginning with no levels beaten yet.
