Upgrading your enclosures is often an excellent way to earn more coins. When you upgrade your enclosure to level 4, each of the animals inside of the enclosure will earn you 50% more ticket money each time that you open your zoo. Upgrade an enclosure to level 7, and the animals inside will earn you bonus coins when you ride them and they become angry – or, in the case of animals such as elephants and giraffes, when you break objects with them.

Some of the missions will require you to knock other animals out of the way using the buffalo or other animals that can’t normally smash into other animals. The way to knock animals out of the way with them is to upgrade their enclosures to level 3. When you land on them, they will surge forward for a short amount of time. For that time period, they will be able to smash anything in their way, even elephants.

Want to earn a lot of coins really quickly? The best way to do so is to set the time ahead on your phone or tablet by six hours after a cruise. Do that and then go back to the game and the cruise will then be available again immediately. You can use this trick as many times as you want, but be careful because when you put the time back to normal, the cheated-off time will be added back to your cruise cool-down.

Every time that you load up the game, go to the menu and check the missions. If there is an option to watch a video for another mission, hit the video button to play it, and when it completes, another mission will appear. Check the mission screen at random to look for this video to pop up.

The cash cow is a special buffalo that can crank up your coin earnings by doubling everything that you earn from your ticket sales for the cruises. Buy it, or you can earn it by completing a boss mission as it’s technically a boss animal.

Each boss mission has a different required method for beating it. For example, to get UFG the boss giraffe, you’ll have to let go of the screen at just the right time so that the giraffe bucks you off and over the wall. Keep doing this until you can land on UFG, then ride it until you befriend it. UFG takes far longer to ride and befriend than normal giraffes.
