Royal Revolt 2 is the new reverse-tower-defense game by the makers of the smash hit original, known as flaregames. Unlike Royal Revolt!, Royal Revolt 2 is a PvP game – imagine Royal Revolt! mixed with Clash of Clans. Gold Coins are the main currency in the game, and are used to buy most every building. Food is required in order for your troops to be able to fight. Gems are the premium currency of the game, and are used for anything from speed-ups to insanely powerful magic spells. Read on to find out how to get more of all three!
The main way to get more coins is to battle often – as often as possible. In doing this, coins are very easy to earn. The vast majority of them are earned by destroying the castle gate, so make sure to get through the obstacles as quickly as possible so that you can get there. Some battles will have smaller coin prizes than others, so hit the “next” button before starting a battle if you want to hold out for one with a better prize.
Taverns earn you quite a few coins, too, but they are small potatoes compared to battles. Still, though, they can be a big help, especially later on when the coin costs for upgrades become high. Repair every one of the taverns gradually (you can repair the third one when your throne room is at level three, and then the fourth one once your throne room is upgraded to level five), and then upgrade them as high as you can (for more upgrades, keep upgrading the throne room).
Loads of other coins, too, can be earned in the quests area. This is the icon that looks like a scroll with an exclamation mark over it – right next to the battle icon. Keep checking it to see what quests you have completed recently in order to earn free coins as a bonus.
Food is much more problematic and more difficult to come across than coins. You’re going to have to do everything that you can to earn more food. Rebuild your farms and then collect from them as they earn food. Upgrade them as high as you can, as soon as you can, after every single experience level that you gain.
