Sheep Happens is a new side scrolling endless runner game that’s currently out on iOS, and is coming soon to Android. You play as Perseus, running in the Olympic stadium in Greece, and your goal is simply to run as far as you can and collect as many coins as you can, while jumping on people, riding sheep, and even riding bulls. You can even compare times with your friends on Facebook and Game Center. Read on for some tips and tricks for Sheep Happens!
A way to get easy combos is to use the weightlifters and the tug-of-war competitors. Jump on the weightlifter’s left sheep cluster, then the right sheep cluster. Then use your momentum to jump on one of the many sheep that fly loose. For the tug-of-war competitors, jump on the line of sheep that they are pulling, and then bounce off and jump onto the sheep that fly off.
You get free coins every time that you set a new high score, so you can make this happen more often by intentionally sabotaging your own run immediately after breaking your high score, thus making it easier to get a new high score far more frequently. After you set the new distance record, go to the coins store, and the first option (which is free) will be a trophy with the coins that you have built up from various record runs.
The first upgrade should be to the gliding abilities of your cape, since often the reason that you’ll lose early is from glides that don’t last long enough. This will make it easier to drop the glide and place yourself in a safe location, without accidentily running into any hurdles.
If you’re coming up on any obstacle besides a hurdle (such as a runner or a statue or a sheep), you can jump immediately before you hit it, and you’ll get credit for jumping on it instead of running into it, meaning that you won’t lose your cape, shield, or die when you hit them. If you do this with a sheep, you’ll jump right on it.
