Slash Mobs is a new clicker RPG for the iOS and Android platforms. Your goal is to quest through levels, tapping on monsters to slash and kill them, and hiring and upgrading a massive cast of heroes who do the same thing. You can complete loads of quests, unlock numerous achievements, and defeat tougher and tougher bosses with increasingly powerful abilities. Read on for some tips and tricks for Slash Mobs!
Each of your heroes has their own extra boost that is given at level 10, 25, 50, 100, 200, 400 and 800. Tap on the ‘i’ button for each of your heroes to see what their boosts are. Most of them will be multipliers to the damage that they do, but some will be critical damage boosts, total damage, and even tap damage boosts. Spread out your upgrades based on the most effective abilities as well as the biggest DPS boosts.
Due to this, early on in the game Chris Gopher and Casrin will be your best heroes. As you move on in the game, the balance will change as the huge multiplier abilities (especially the %1,000 boosts) are unlocked, so when you are upgrading your heroes, always look to the DPS/coins spent as a way of figuring out which hero is the best one to upgrade.
Gems are the premium currency of the game and can be purchased for real money, but they can also be commonly earned for free. Tap on the flying fairies to get the fairy bonus, which is usually gems. Like and follow the game on Facebook and Twitter for more free gems. Check out the achievements menu whenever you see a number next to it, because that means there is a gem reward to collect.
Quests, unlike achievements, have to be accepted before they can be accomplished, but when you accomplish them, you will earn bonus gold. The gold is earned on a sliding scale depending on your total DPS, so accept and complete these quests later on as much as possible in order to earn the maximum amount of gold from them.
Once you hit level 600 in tap damage, you will be able to prestige for the first time. After you do, you will start back at the beginning, but you will have a percentage multiplier added to all of the damage that you do, as well as the ability to purchase new skills out of the skill tree.
