Spicy Piggy: Ultimate Tips and Cheats Guide

Spicy Piggy is a new game for the iOS and Android platforms that’s billed as the hardest platformer on mobile, and they’re right – it’s almost Nintendo hard. Your goal is to get to the end of the level, get there within a short enough amount of time, and collect chili peppers. You can go through packs of levels, each one tougher than the last, and forget trying to get three stars – it’s enough of a chore just to beat them in the first place. Read on for some tips and tricks for Spicy Piggy!

Right from the first level, these can be extra hard, but the tutorial level is one of the only truly easy/gimme ones in this game. To go back to the tutorial, tap the back arrow from Fiendish Forest to go back to Flower Farm, which has exactly one level. Tap on that level to play it/the tutorial level again, and the best part is, you won’t have to receive all of the tutorial instructions again.

You can unlock new worlds based on how many stars you have, regardless of how many of the levels you’ve actually beaten on the current one. Fiendish Forest is your starter, while Robo Reckoning requires six coins. Dusty Desert requires twelve stars, and Tricky Toyland requires 18 stars. Finally, The Boneyard requires 24 stars.

Earning the speed star is the toughest thing to do in this game (aside from just beating the tougher levels in general). To get the second star, or the speed star, on every level, you need to slide as much as possible, because sliding is quicker than running. Additionally, don’t get stuck behind anything, and go on the quickest path for everything. Slide down a wall fast by hitting the slide button whenever you get to the point of sliding down a wall.

If you have to start over on a level, you can do one of the following. The first option is to simply restart, which will send you back to the beginning of the level no matter where you are in it. The second option is to watch an ad video for a free restart on the level. Once you watch one video, you’ll get free restarts from the last checkpoint until you win. The same is true for if you purchase a checkpoint restart using chili peppers.

If you need to get more stars to unlock a new world, start from the oldest level possible, as generally this will be the easiest one to beat. Then work your way up to the newer ones as you get more and more stars. Chili pepper stars are much easier to get than speed stars.

When you unlock a world, you can play any level you want in any order you want, not just in numerical order. The earlier levels will generally be harder than the later levels, but if you like doing the hardest first, you can do that, too.
