Squad Rivals: Top Tips, Walkthrough, Cheats, and Strategy Guide

Squad Rivals is a new game for the iOS and Android platforms where you take a team of four players, including many famous YouTubers, and battle against other players and against the computer for prizes and cash. You can earn creds and player cards as well as eSports tickets, and you can do endless upgrades and team-mixing to come up with the best possible combination of players. Read on for some tips and tricks for Squad Rivals!

You have three main types of characters: Ranged, melee, and support. Melee characters typically have higher health, but their attack is short-range. Ranged characters have a long-distance attack, allowing them to easily snipe off far-away enemies, but they typically have low health. Support characters have some other kind of power, such as healing your other characters.

In battle, use strategy and avoidance to keep from dying. Try to have at least two ranged characters in your party, and use them to avoid having to get too close to an enemy party to do damage to them. Then use melee characters to go in for the kill. Make sure to avoid running head first into either enemies or obstacles, or you’ll take damage.

You can play the game offline and do as many battles as you want, and you’ll earn parcels whenever you win a battle. You need an internet connection to open them, though, so if you are in an area with bad reception, play the game and rack up parcels, then open them whenever you have an internet connection again. Parcels contain character cards and cash, allowing you to upgrade a character and increase their stats.

Always keep an eye on what the current quest (or quests) are, especially if you rack up a bunch of parcels that you haven’t opened yet. If a quest is to open a parcel, collect cash, or collect cards, then keep an eye on the jobs area so that if you complete a job, you can collect the reward. If your current job is to win battles, then go win a few battles and then keep on with opening parcels.

Creds are the premium currency of the game, and mainly can be used to purchase more parcels. Don’t just use them on any old parcel, though. Save up your credts so that you can use them to open steel and gold parcels. Steel ones cost 150 creds and gold ones cost a whopping 400 creds, but the rarity of the goodies that they contain will be worth it.
