When you are doing the time lapse cheat, which was mentioned in part one of this guide, eventually you will want to set the time back to normal. However, if you reset the time with items still being stocked or items still being sold, then the shop that is still stocking or selling the item will be tied up for hours or even days (depending on how far ahead you set the time). Do the cheat a few more times, getting rid of all of your sale items, and don’t set the time back to normal until there are no jobs left to do in the shops.

Also, if you are going to do the time lapse cheat, it’s best to take it as far as you absolutely can before you revert the time back to normal. Change the time over and over and over and over again, stocking and selling items rapidly and frequently, so that you can earn tens or even hundreds of thousands of credits. Every time you set the time back to normal after doing this cheat, you lose one resident due to air lock, so you might as well make it worth your while.

Various VIPs can have different effects, all of which entail doing something that would normally cost you Imperial Bux to do. For example, the Upgrader, if taken to any of your shop floors, will upgrade your shop for free, which will allow you to stock more of every item in the shop. The level mover will allow you to move a room up or down the tower. Others will allow you to finish construction on a floor immediately, or are big spenders and will buy out all of the product in a store.

If you want to use one of your saved-up VIPs, tap anywhere on your arrivals floor (the first floor) and you will be able to see all of your saved-up VIPs, if you have any. If you pick out one of the VIPs, then they will pop up next in the elevator queue.
